Jonathan Clampit is the Public Works Supervisor in charge of vegetation control. The Mowing crew consist of four tractors with boom mowers and four tractors with combination tail and side cutters. The boom mowers work year round cutting overhanging limbs and cleaning brush and grass back to the edge of the right of way. The tail/side cutters work during the growing season mowing the road shoulder and ditch fore slope. To request roadside mowing call 318-387-2383. or filling out our online Production Request Form.
