| Duties: |
Under general supervision. Leads a small crew in performance of manual labor or general maintenance and repair work. Said crew may be inmate labor. |
| Examples of Work: |
Leads a small crew in the performance of manual labor tasks, such as digging and cleaning ditches, cleaning drains and pipes, sweeping streets, mowing lots and cemeteries, bagging litter and loading bagged litter.

| Training/Experience: |
One year of experience in construction, equipment maintenance and/or making repairs to buildings or park facilities. |
| Knowledge/Skills: |
Some knowledge of labor and maintenance crew procedures and techniques. Ability to understand and relay instructions to crew members. Possession of a Class A Commercial Driver's License with airbrake endorsement. |
