Before a building permit can be issued for a mobile home in a mobile home park, a building permit must be issued. The process for obtaining a building permit is as follows:

• The applicant must contact the landlord of the mobile home park to make sure that they have the correct address and lot number.
• Documentation containing the serial number of the mobile home must be submitted to the permit office. Some examples of this documentation are registration papers, the title, bill of sale, insurance papers, purchase agreement, etc.
• Once this information is obtained, a building permit can be issued. The building permit will be faxed to ENTERGY. The applicant must contact ENTERGY at 1-800-368-3749 to have the electricity connected.
