Mr. Walter M. Caldwell IV, District C Police Juror



Walt Caldwell is the Police Juror for District C, which encompasses parts of the Cities of Monroe, West Monroe, and the Town of Sterlington. Unlike other Districts, "C" has precincts located on both sides of the Ouachita River.

Walt Caldwell is the son of the late Walter M. "Pete" Caldwell, III and Barbara T. Caldwell. He is a graduate of West Monroe High School, Louisiana State University and Louisiana State University Law School. Walt Caldwell is a practicing attorney engaging in a civil and criminal practice in city, state and federal courts.

He is the married father of three children and a member of First Baptist Church in West Monroe.
